People shoot enemies with guns, causing large spurts of blood as the bullets make impact. A creature attacks individuals, tearing one man's head off resulting in blood spurting from the wound, and striking others with sharp claws causing blood to splatter onto nearby objects.

There is use of strong language (‘f**k’) as well as milder terms such as ‘pussy’, ‘shit’, ‘ass’, ‘bastard’, ‘balls’, ‘son of a bitch’, ‘screw’, ‘damn’ and ‘hell’.
