THE VOID is a Canadian sci-fi horror film in which a group of people are trapped in a hospital by violent cultists.

Injury detail

A humanoid creature repeatedly slams its face onto a piece of sharp metal, then turns to face the camera to reveal that most of its face has been caved in. Other creatures are shot, resulting in explosions of blood and tissue. Dismembered bodies are shown hanging from ceilings, and there are multiple images of characters who have been partially or completely skinned.

Violence

Characters are shot and stabbed and throats are slashed, resulting in spurts and sprays of blood and occasional bloody wound detail. Several characters are pierced through the torso or limbs by tentacle-like appendages. A character is shown withdrawing a bloody pair of scissors from a corpse's eye socket.

Other issues include scenes of strong threat, when characters are attacked by mutant-like creatures and by other people. There is also frequent use of strong language, including 'f**k' and 'motherf**ker', as well as milder terms such as 'slut', 'shit' and 'bullshit'. Infrequent references to drug misuse include sight of a character's arm covered in needle marks.
