TRAVELLER is a drama in which a young half gypsy returns to a travellers' camp and gets involved in criminal activity.

There are several uses of strong language ('f**k'). Mild and moderate bad language includes 'prick', 'bloody', 'bugger', 'shit', 'arse', 'bollocks', 'bastard' and 'git'. There is also discriminatory language, including 'pikey' and 'chavs', which is generally directed towards the gypsies by negative characters.

Strong violence occurs during the film's fight scenes, which include heavy blows and sight of bloodied faces. There is also strong injury detail in scenes where dead and injured men are discovered and when a woman is found to have slashed her wrists.

Two female strippers expose their breasts in a pub.

Men make a bomb out of weedkiller and unidentified substances. There is no description of what is taking place and the labels on the bottles and packets are not seen.

Brief drug misuse occurs in a scene where a man is handed a hash pipe and smokes it.
