Disturbing images

There are scenes in which a teenager whose teeth have rotted undergoes surgery to remove them. The scene is prolonged, shows detail with brief sight of blood, and also shows the patient in pain as his severe gum infection impedes the effectiveness of anaesthetic.

One scene includes references to a sugar rush affecting the same part of the brain as cocaine and sex. Another scene shows an archival cartoon advertisement in which adult characters smoke cigarettes. The advertisement shows how tobacco used to be advertised, the context is one of a comparison with contemporary advertising of high sugar content products, and is not intended to promote or glamorise smoking. There is infrequent mild bad language ('bullshit') and some mild sex references.
