SMALLFOOT is an animated comedy adventure in which a young yeti learns that humans exist.

There is mild bad language ('crap'), as well as very mild bad language ('jerk', 'butt').

There are scenes of very mild threat which include a yeti running from a plane that is about to crash land, characters caught in an avalanche and being confronted by an angry bear, police cars and helicopters chasing a yeti that is wrongly believed to be dangerous, and a human character being alarmed at their first sighting of a yeti. A scene features the telling of the yetis' history in basically drawn animated images of humans threatening them with flaming torches and spears. The threat is usually brief and presented in a comic manner with reassurance to those in danger arriving quickly. Very mild rude humour includes references, accompanied by basically drawn animated images, to the world of the yetis being created when it "fell from the butt" of a mythical giant yak.
