SAN ANDREAS is a disaster movie in which strong earthquakes strike the western United States.

Threat

There are frequent scenes of intense action and moderate threat as characters face a variety of natural disasters, including multiple earthquakes and a tsunami. The natural disasters result in buildings collapsing, roads cracking open, explosions and a dam breaking. There are scenes of panic and chaos with occasional undetailed but implied deaths as people are caught up in the disaster. Other threat includes several scenes in which characters are seen struggling for breath as they're trapped under water.

Injury detail

A metal pole is seen sticking through a man's foot, and a glass shard out of a man's leg, which is later seen in bloody detail as someone removes the shard from the wound. Other brief bloody moments are seen as a consequence of earthquake and disaster action scenes.

Language

There is one use of strong language ('f**k') as well as milder terms including 'shit' and 'asshole'.
