THE ROAD TO MANDALAY is a Burmese drama in which two illegal immigrants struggle to build a new life for themselves in Thailand.

Violence

There are two bloody stabbings, one of which results in large spays of blood spurting from the wound.

There are moderate references to prostitution and virginity, moderate injury detail when a man's leg is trapped in a machine, and a brief scene of drug misuse in which a man appears to smoke drugs from a bong.
