THE RISE OF JORDAN PETERSON is a documentary profile of the Canadian academic whose outspoken views against political correctness have provoked controversy.

Language

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms such as 'bitch' and 'pussy'.

Discrimination

As well as lengthy discussion about the subject's linguistic objections to the use of gender-neutral pronouns, he suggests women who wear make-up and high heels are hypocrites if they then complain about being sexually harassed at work. He also suggests women who speak in support of Islam do so because they subconsciously desire male domination.

A student says she tried to kill herself more than once because of discrimination. There are a few brief skirmishes during clashes between demonstrators. There is some brief archive footage showing men being strung up by their ankles.
