REMAINDER is a British thriller about a young man who is struck by falling debris and uses the compensation money he receives to reconstruct memories from his fractured past.

There is infrequent use of very strong language ('c**t') and multiple use of strong language ('f**k'). Other bad language includes use of 'shit', 'dickhead', 'piss', 'bitch' and 'prick'.

Scenes of strong violence include several men being shot, resulting in big blood spurts and bloody aftermath. A man also has a paperclip pushed under his finger nails. Other characters are tasered and knocked to the ground and a woman is grabbed roughly around the neck.

Sex references include a man wearing a large rubber penis around his neck at a party and a man holding a drawing of a woman's head against his groin and thrusting against it. There is a verbal reference to oral sex and a couple pulling at each other's clothes before they're interrupted.

Injury detail

After a man has been struck by falling debris there is detail of his bloodied head, face and hands. A woman is also seen, in repeated flashbacks, with a bloody bullet hole in her forehead.

Other issues include drug use as a man repeatedly takes pills from prescription medication bottles.
