THE PYRAMID is a horror film about a group of archeologists who get trapped inside the tunnels of a newly discovered Egyptian pyramid.

Threat

There is sustained threat as characters are chased by viscous creatures and become caught in dangerous traps.

Violence

There are also scenes of strong gore. In one scene a woman is impaled on metal spikes and is attacked by small jackal like creatures who tear at her flesh. As her colleagues attempt to rescue her there are shots of the bloody spikes sticking into her body.

The film also contains a single use of strong language ('f**k') as well as more frequent mild language.

There is a scene in which a young female archeologist undresses in front of a mirror, with some partial breast nudity.
