PRANK is a French-Canadian comedy drama in which a teenage boy is lured into a gang who enjoy staging crude practical jokes.

Occasional use of strong language ('f**k').

Verbal references are made to masturbation and oral sex. During one sequence, brief and partially disguised pornographic images are glimpsed on a man's computer as it is implied he is masturbating. In another scene, a pornographic film featuring brief breast nudity and implied thrusting appears on a TV screen.

There are brief scenes of nudity, including breast nudity and a large painting of a penis.

In one sequence the gang all take 'magic mushrooms' and the protagonist experiences a 'trip'. A woman also lists the many drugs she has taken and offers to supply the protagonist with them.

Some of the pranks perpetrated by the main characters are crude and offensive, such as pretending to have mental health issues and defecating on a man's car. However, the work ultimately condemns their behaviour.
