PHANTOM BOY is an animated fantasy in which a sick boy with special powers teams up with a wheelchair-bound New York City detective to bring a master criminal to justice.

Violence

Mild violence includes the occasional punch, but there is no blood or injury detail.

Threat

There is gun threat from time to time and in one scene there is a large explosion on a ship.

Other issues include very mild language, including use of 'heck', 'moron' and 'runt'. In one scene a blood sample is taken from the arm of a sick boy and in another a villain is followed to what appears to be a strip club, discreetly indicated by a poster of a woman dessed in lingerie.
