Disturbing images

There are several images of the bodies of dead babies, discarded as medical waste on heaps of rubbish. One dead baby is also seen preserved in a jar of liquid.

There are frequent references to forced abortions, sterilisations and the murders of foetuses that were alive when aborted. There are also references to babies being abandoned and left to die. Infrequent strong language ('f**k') also occurs.
