OLDBOY is a South Korean thriller about a kidnapped man who is released after fifteen years of imprisonment, only to discover that he has five days to find his captor.


There are frequent scenes of strong violence including a sadistic scene of torture in which a man has his teeth extracted with a claw hammer, as well as sight of man having his tongue ripped out with bloody impact detail. There are also fight scenes in which men exchange kicks and punches with strong bloody impact detail.

There is a scene in which a character eats a live octopus.

There is a scene of strong sex featuring breast and buttock nudity and strong thrusting detail.

There are uses of strong language ('f**k').
