MCQUEEN is a documentary about the late fashion designer and couturier Alexander McQueen.

There is infrequent very strong language ('c**t'); however, none of it is aggressively or personally directed. There is also strong language ('f**k'), as well as some milder bad language (for example, 'bitch', 'cock', 'piss', 'shit', 'bastard', 'bloody', 'frigging', 'crap', 'cretins', 'God'), offensive middle finger gestures, and unendorsed homophobic language ('queer').

There are several scenes of male and female nudity, which include women with breasts exposed in sexually themed fashion shows.

There are references to sexual violence, including some within the context of McQueen's fashion show entitled "The Highland Rape Collection". Female models on the catwalk show wear torn clothes, and their breasts are often exposed, in scenes in which they represent rape victims.

Some scenes include verbal references to sexual abuse and domestic violence; however, these references are brief and are not graphic.

There are some verbal suicide references.

The film also contains some negative verbal references to Alexander McQueen's drug misuse.
