MANSFIELD 66/67 is a documentary about the troubled life of actress and sex symbol Jayne Mansfield.

Disturbing images

Black and white photographs are shown of the wreckage of the fatal car crash in which Mansfield and others lost their lives. Some of the imagery is graphic, although the strongest gory detail is not discernible.

Language

There is occasional use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms including 'whore', 'pissed', 'bullshit', and 'ass'.

Nudity

Scenes include female breast, buttock and pubic nudity in archive photographs and footage. Much of the nudity is sexualised, but contains no explicit sexual activity.

There are moderate sex references, discussion of Satanic cults, and undetailed references to domestic abuse. Interviewees discuss Mansfield's reported drug misuse, but they clearly do not condone or endorse substance abuse.

This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
