MAKING NOISE QUIETLY is a series of three short films dealing with the effects of war on people's lives.

Language

There is occasional use of very strong language ('c**t') and strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms including 'crap', 'bugger' and 'bastard'.

Verbal references are made to wartime experiences and torture, including a young girl being made to cut herself while in a Concentration Camp. A man is also seen being physically rough with his son, and brief sight of cuts on the child's back suggests he is being physically abused. There are also occasional moderate sex references, and references to prejudicial behaviour, including homophobia, although this is not condoned.
