THE LAST MAN ON THE MOON is a biographical documentary about Gene Cernan, an astronaut on the final Apollo landing on the Moon in 1972.

Language

There is mild bad language ('crap', 'shit', 'son of a bitch'), with very mild bad language including uses of 'God', 'Jesus', 'butt', 'damn', 'goddam', 'hell' and 'screwed up'.

The film also contains footage of aircraft accidents and a fatal explosion on a rocket launch pad, but there are no images of bodies or injuries.
