KURSK: THE LAST MISSION is a drama, based on a true story, concerning events following an explosion on a nuclear-powered Russian submarine.

Threat and horror

There are several scenes of threat featuring explosions and flooding inside the submarine. In some of these scenes, men are killed or injured. In one scene, a man panics and opens a submarine hatch before another crew member throttles him to subdue him.
