KILL KEITH is a British comedy horror about a serial killer who is targeting potential candidates to co-host a TV breakfast news programme. The film was classified '15' for infrequent very strong language, crude sex references and comic gore.

The BBFC's Guidelines at '15' state 'There may be frequent use of strong language (for example, 'fuck'). The strongest terms (for example, 'cunt') may be acceptable if justified by the context. Aggressive or repeated use of the strongest language is unlikely to be acceptable'. There is one clear use of very strong language, seen in text form on a mobile phone screen. There is also some comic word play on the term 'lubricant'. However, neither the single written use of very strong language, nor the word play on 'lubricant', is aggressive in nature. Additionally, there are approximately 24 uses of strong language.

The Guidelines at '15' also state 'There may be strong verbal references to sexual behaviour, but the strongest references are unlikely to be acceptable unless justified by context'. The film includes a number of crude jokes, several of which are puns relating to the name of the TV breakfast news show, which is entitled 'The Crack of Dawn'. There is also a comic fantasy scene in which characters wear black leather fetish gear, although there is no strong detail.

KILL KEITH includes some scenes of comedy gore and violence. In one scene, a man is zapped with electricity before being decapitated, but without any detail being shown, and in another scene a man is murdered with a cardboard breakfast cereal box. Body parts are seen from time to time, including severed limbs, heads, and intestines. However, these are very clearly unreal and occur within a comic context. The Guidelines at '15' state 'Violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury'.
