JAI HO is a Hindi language action drama about a man who commits to doing good for the downtrodden in society, but who meets opposition from corrupt politicians.

The hero has to fight off various enemies, resulting in scenes of gun violence, knife stabbings, and bare fist fighting. In one scene, the hero stamps on the head of a thug, as well as stabbing several enemies with a pen. He continues to deliver heavy and fatal blows to various men in his way. Towards the climax of the film, the same character stabs more enemies in the chest with a sharp object and gets into a bare knuckle fist fight, to the death, with a final adversary. There is detail of both heavy blows and bloody stabbings during this fight.

The film also contains uses of mild bad language (eg 'saala', 'haramkhor', 'crap').
