JACK RYAN: SHADOW RECRUIT is an action thriller in which a US marine, who has been injured in Afghanistan, is chosen by the C.I.A. to go undercover.
- Violence
There are fight scenes featuring heavy punches, kicks, strangleholds and other blows. There are also shootings and stabbings (with blood on the knives, briefly). In one scene, a man threatens a woman, slapping her face and placing a light bulb in her mouth, before she is rescued.
