IMMORTALS is a fantasy adventure film based on some of the characters in ancient Greek mythology. The film was classified '15' for strong bloody violence.

The BBFC's Guidelines at '15' state 'Violence may be strong but should not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury. The strongest gory images are unlikely to be acceptable. Strong sadistic or sexualised violence is also unlikely to be acceptable'. The violence is strong and at times gory, including sight of decapitations and dismemberments. However, the action is fast paced and rapidly edited, with little dwelling on detail, and occurs within a clear fantasy setting. The strongest violence generally involves non human characters.

IMMORTALS includes one moderate sex scene in which a woman drops her gown to the floor before climbing into bed next to a man. There is brief sight of the woman's buttocks and a breast, before the man is seen thrusting between her legs. The film also contains infrequent moderate language, including the use of the term 'whore'.
