IBIZA: THE SILENT MOVIE is a documentary charting the history of the island and its reputation as the 'Clubbing Capital of the World'.

Drugs

References are made to people using cocaine and ecstasy, with accompanying images of drug misuse and erratic behaviour. While the dangers of using drugs are noted, there are also glamorised images of nude people smoking marijuana in a historical context.

Nudity

Sexualised nudity occurs across multiple sequences, include breast, buttock and genital nudity.

Disturbing images

During a montage of the island's troubled past around WWII, there are images of dead bodies in the street, including children, and a line of charred corpses. A man is executed by firing squad, and there are references to Nazi persecution of Jewish people.

There is infrequent strong language ('f**k'), moderate sex references and violence, scenes of mild threat, and a sequence in which a pig is butchered for a meal which contains some brief, bloody detail.

This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
