GOYO: THE BOY GENERAL is a Filipino language drama based on the story of Gregorio del Pilar, one of the youngest Generals during the Philippine-American War in 1899.

Violence

Scenes of strong violence include the beating and torture of a prisoner, as well as a bloody stabbing. There are also moments of blood spitting, rivers of blood streaming down hills and blood stained bodies.

Language

There is use of strong language (‘f**k’), as well as milder terms including ‘son of a bitch’, ‘asshole’ and ‘bastards’. There is also a single use of outdated racist language.
