Note: The following text may contain spoilers

THE FIGHTER is a US biopic about former WBU Junior Welterweight champion, Micky Ward.

Language

There is frequent strong language.

Drugs

Throughout the film there are scenes depicting Ward's brother, Dickie, struggling to overcome his crack addiction. We see him constructing a makeshift crack pipe and occasional sight of drug use. The drug habit is clearly shown to have negative consequences for Dickie's life.

The film also contains some moderate violence with occasional bloody moments, mostly during boxing bouts, and some implied sexual activity.
