Language

There is occasional use of strong language ('f**k').

Violence

A sequence discussing Johnson's stage persona is comically illustrated with clips from a film depicting medieval warriors fighting. These include strong bloody images of stabbings, slashings, decapitations, severed limbs, and a man being cut in half.

There are infrequent references to LSD and an implied reference to cocaine snorting, although the film does not glamorise or condone drug use.

A brief clip from another film features sight of headless chickens being thrown at a man who is lying on the ground, surrounded by candles.

The film continually deals with the theme of death, as Johnson discusses his cancer and embracing his mortality. He also describes an operation to remove a large tumour from his stomach, which is illustrated with some footage of the operation with strong medical detail.
