THE CRIMSON WING is a wildlife documentary following the life cycle of a flock of flamingoes in Northern Tanzania.

Threat

There are several scenes in which flamingo chicks are hunted by predators, including storks and a mongoose, and in which some chicks are eaten alive. However, there is limited detail. There are also scenes in which chicks who are not strong enough to migrate across land with the flock are abandoned and die. .The narration and conclusion of the film show the majority of the flock flourishing.

There is a brief animal mating sequence.
