THE CONGRESS is a part-animated futuristic drama about the gradual replacement of all actors with animated versions of their images.

Language

There is frequent strong language ('f**k'), much of it used in an aggressive manner.

Sex

There is a scene featuring strong sex between two animated characters, showing some heavy thrusting and partial nudity. There is female nudity in a number of other scenes.

The film also contains some moderate sex references, where a character talks about child abuse, some moderate violence where a character is shot in the head and some passing references to hard drug use.
