THE CAVE is a documentary concerning a female doctor operating a makeshift hospital in a cave during the Syrian Civil War.

Disturbing images

There are frequent scenes showing injured men, women and children; victims are often bloody and in pain. There are also scenes in which victims of chemical gas attacks are shown, as well as brief sight of real dead bodies.
