THE CAMP ON BLOOD ISLAND is a war drama, from 1957, about the treatment of British prisoners in a Japanese prisoner of war camp.

Violence

Moderate violence includes prisoners being shot and beaten by guards, with some sight of bloody injuries. There is also an implied beheading, although this is not shown on screen.

There are torture scenes, including a prisoner being whipped by a guard.
