BEAUTY AND THE BEAST is the 3D animated Disney adaptation of the classic fairytale. When beautiful Belle agrees to take her father's place as a prisoner of the Beast there's a chance that her friendship and love might bring an end to his curse.

Violence

Mild violence includes a scene in which the Beast fights off some wolves and is bitten on the back. The Beast also fights a mean-spirited character who stabs his opponent with a blow that is hidden by some clothing. This man then tumbles into a high gorge and it is implied he falls to his death.

Threat

Mild threat includes scenes in which wolves chase and surround a few characters, and as the Beast himself snarls angrily at those around him.
