ANGUISH is a US horror film about a depressed teenage girl who becomes fascinated by the death of a local teen.
- Threat
There are some scenes of strong threat as a teenage girl is frightened by visions and strange incidents round her home. These include arms appearing out of nowhere to wrap around her, voices whispering near her, and banging on doors and cupboards. The teen is also seen twitching around, with her limbs jerking and crunching.
Other issues include a single use of strong language ('f**k'). Milder bad language includes uses of 'screw' and 'ass'.
There is an accident scene when a teen is hit by a car and knocked off screen. There are no images of blood or injury in the aftermath.
There's a brief moment of injury detail when a long bloody cut is briefly seen on a girl's stomach. Her family worry that this is self-harming but it has another explanation.
