ALONE IN BERLIN is a British war drama in which an ordinary German couple secretly attempt to resist the Nazi regime.

Violence

Guards smash shot glasses over the head of a kneeling prisoner, causing blood to run down his face. Two people are shot, without graphic detail. A man spits blood after being punched in the face and kicked in the abdomen.

Threat

A frightened man is led from his house by a Nazi police officer and shot. Other tense scenes show people performing acts of resistance under the threat of arrest and execution.

Injury detail

Additional injury detail includes sight of a dead body lying next to a pool of blood in the aftermath of a suicide. There is a glimpse of bloody injury detail when a man's finger in severed by factory machinery.

A character takes their own life after being arrested by Nazi soldiers, but only the aftermath is depicted. Another suicide occurs off screen. There is mild bad language including 'damn', 'hell', and 'ass'.
