Note: The following text may contain spoilers

ALL ABOUT EVE is a black and white drama from 1950 about a young actress who manipulates her way to the top of her profession.

Sex

There are some very mild sex references including a man disbelieving a woman’s claim that she simply talked to her partner all night and some innuendo about another male character ‘knowing’ everything.

Other issues are very mild violence in which a slightly hysterical woman is slapped round the face and another shaken lightly, and numerous scenes in which characters smoke cigarettes.
