AD ASTRA is a science fiction drama in which an astronaut agrees to go on a mission in search of his father who is believed to be lost in space.

Language

There is infrequent strong language ('f**k'), a middle finger gesture and some other, milder terms such as 'shit' and 'son of a bitch'.

Violence

Scenes of violence include a fight which results in a head slamming into a window, with brief sight of bloody injury. In other scenes, there are exchanges of gunfire, resulting in injuries and explosions.
