22 JULY is a drama based on the events of the 2011 Norwegian terror attacks in which 77 people were killed.

Violence

There are frequent scenes in which a man shoots people at close range, resulting in bloody impact detail.

Threat

There is a focus on the terror and panic of the individuals caught up in a mass shooting, including scenes in which people attempt to escape, hide or run away from the killer.

Injury detail

There is sight of bloody head and face injuries as a result of gunshots, as well as sight of a bloodied hand with digits missing. Surgical detail includes sight of a man having part of his skull removed before bullet fragments are removed from his brain.
