A crunchy scene of violence in which a character fights a criminal gang features crunchy blows including a headbutt, as well as the use of an improvised weapon (a crowbar). People are upset when an ambulance carrying their adult daughter breaks down on the way to hospital. However, there is a reassuring outcome when another driver stops and transports the woman to hospital.
