There are sustained scenes of moderate threat in which people's lives are endangered by violent storms that destroy buildings and hurl vehicles and debris through the air. A truck containing several characters is dragged into the air by a tornado and explodes in the distance. Another short sequence shows a live cow being swept away by a storm.

There are scenes of threat in which people, including children, are caught up a natural disaster. Large vehicles are swept up by the twister, sometimes with people inside, and crash land into buildings or back to Earth, often endangering the lives as others who have taken shelter from the storm. There are frequent scenes in which people try and protect themselves from large debris. A man tries to protect his family from the twister but is blown away by the storm. Another man is also swept away by the tornado.

There is mild bad language including the terms 'shit', 'bullshit' and 'son of a bitch', as well as milder terms such as 'Jesus Chris', 'hell', 'damn' and 'God'.
