violence
Scenes of strong violence feature shootings, stabbings and knife-slashings, with occasional blood spurts and sight of aftermath bloody injury . There are also fights in which punches, kicks and blows with sticks are delivered, and a man's fingers are broken in undetailed fashion. In a comic scene, a villain enters a hospital room in which a man lies in traction and bashes the man's ankle and knee with a hammer, but is perplexed that the victim appears to feel no pain; the man explains that he is paralysed from an earlier fall.
language
There is infrequent very strong language ('c**t') and frequent strong language ('f**k'). Milder bad language includes uses of 'bitch', 'son of a bitch', 'ass', 'shit', 'balls', 'damn', 'hell', 'God' and 'Jesus'.
sex
There is a strong sex scene, with partial buttock nudity. It is seen several times on phones and laptops as the footage has been secretly filmed for the purposes of blackmail. A woman who is frustrated by the lack of intimacy with her husband acquires a male sex doll with detachable genitalia, which in comic scenes is handled and used as an improvised weapon.
additional issues
There is moderate gun and knife threat. There is a passing reference to "magic mushrooms". There are occasional references to a person's dementia.
