violence
People are stabbed, slashed, decapitated, shot with arrows and beaten in rapidly edited scenes which include blood spurts and blood in the aftermath. Fight scenes include crunchy blows, and in one scene a warrior's neck is broken.
threat and horror
In one scene, a character is forced to walk across burning coals, and following this she collapses. Restrained captives are threatened, and in one scene a captive begs his captors not to cut out his tongue. There is also prolonged build-up to violent confrontations, as well as scenes of verbal threats to life.
injury detail
Severed heads are displayed, and there is also sight of gory neck stumps following decapitation. A person's heavily bloodstained hand with missing fingers is shown in close-up. Dead and wounded character's faces are cut and bloodstained.
additional issues
A clothed belly dancer gyrates suggestively in front of another character; however, there is no nudity. There are also death scenes and a funeral scene, as well as very mild bad language ('hell')
