Severed heads are sliced in half, characters are choked and a monster is hacked at with a sword. A man's finger is bitten off by an evil spirit. There are also fight scenes which involve fantastical entities. Alongside verbal references to the incident, we hear a woman's throat being slit.

There are jump scares and sequences of strong horror in which characters are terrorised and possessed by a malevolent and monstrous severed head and its headless torso. Women are dragged away and abducted by the entity and kept stupefied in a cave. Characters rapidly transform into evil monsters.
