A man slashes at others with a knife, producing blood and wounds. A woman is cut by a mechanical saw, causing blood to spurt graphically from her shoulder. People strike one another with weapons such as hammers. A man is seen slapping his son and pushing him to the ground; however, domestic abuse is clearly challenged.

There are prolonged and frequent scenes of peril in which people are menaced by an enemy who finds creative ways to threaten them. In one sequence, people are held captive and forced by a villain to pull ropes holding back blades from killing each other, waiting for one of them to become exhausted and drop their line. Later, a woman is tied up next to a dangerous piece of machinery which will be used to kill her.

There is use of strong language (‘f**k’) as well as use of milder terms including ‘shit’ and ‘asshole’.
