There are scenes of strong, sadistic violence at the hands of a vicious killer. In one sequence, after a woman offers to give him oral sex, the killer proceeds to choke her by pushing a wooden club into her mouth and down her throat. Other moments include stabbings, repeated punches and chokings. Frequent references are made to the killer stalking and murdering specifically teenage girls. Whilst brutally murdering two gay men, the killer shouts at them to 'get back in the closet'.
