Eyeballs pop out of sockets and, in one scene, a character's head is pulled towards a splinter which impales him through the eye. The killer grips a woman's exposed breast until it explodes off-screen. There is a sexualised focus on the woman's partially clothed body. In another scene, the killer impales a man through the genitals. However, the impact blow occurs offscreen.
