violence
People are killed in a sadistic and gory fashion. A character pulls out a captive woman’s tongue with pliers before gouging her eye out using the serrated edge of a can, resulting in gory aftermath detail. Villainous characters sever another person's tongue using a bladed weapon and subsequently force a grenade into their mouth, with accompanying blood spurting detail. There is close-up focus on the head of a man being crushed slowly beneath the wheel of a car. A character is shot in the head, with resulting sight of an entry bullet wound.
flashing/flickering lights
This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
Masked assailants chase and terrorise a group of people using guns and bladed weapons. There are also occasional 'jump scares'. These scenes are tonally intense and suspenseful. Occasional strong language ('f**k') is accompanied by moderate ('bitch') and milder terms such as 'bloody', 'piss', 'shit', 'arse', 'crap', 'hell' and 'God'. There are scenes of prescription drug misuse; however, these are accompanied by aversive messaging. A brief and undetailed reference to mental health issues also occurs.
