A man witnesses a possessed boy strangling his dad before his mother bashes the demonic child's skull using a computer. His head is shown misshapen and bloody in the aftermath. There is also a scene in which a supernatural force repeatedly hits a teenage girl's head against a desk, causing her face to bleed.

There are sustained scenes of horror and threat as a man is terrorised and haunted by a demonic entity who visits him as he sleeps.
