A man is partially hanged and then dropped from a height, resulting in a spurt of blood as he hits the ground. There are bloody shootings and stabbings, in addition to moderate stylised fight sequences featuring crunchy blows. A man and a dog both collide with an electric fence during a race and are fatally electrocuted, without visible injury detail; however, there is no evidence of real animal cruelty.

There are scenes of moderate threat and suspense, such as a race sequence in which competitors are chased, attacked and in some cases killed by aggressive dogs, and another scene wherein a group of unarmed people are ambushed and killed by gunmen.

A man takes an unidentified pill and offers one to the hero, who declines. Another person is briefly seen smoking what appears to be a marijuana joint. There are also infrequent verbal references to drug misuse, which is not condoned by the film.

There are occasional bloody images in the context of violence. During a dangerous road race, a man is accidentally pulled under the wheels of a vehicle, creating a spurt of blood.
