A killer cuts into the skin or his intended victims with a scalpel, resulting in close up injury detail and blood. A man is repeatedly bludgeoned in the head. A man is attacked by a gang who hit him and slash him with machetes but there is no detailed sight of his injuries. Hand to hand fighting involves punches, kicks, slaps and throws, as well as sight of people being hit with pipes and bats. There are verbal references to the suspicion that an abducted woman and child have been dismembered and disposed of in plastic bags.

A killer targets vulnerable hospital patients as his victims, abducting and anaesthetising people. There are scenes of knife threat, sometimes against unconscious people. A man is held down by others who threaten to perform an unwanted vasectomy on him.
