Submitting Data To Comscore, Inc.

For Cinema (Theatrical) releases, we determine the fees by the polled location count at the film’s widest point of release, with all data being sourced from Comscore, Inc. The widest point of release refers to the number of venues where the film is screened at its widest point across a single week in the first three months of the film’s release. Films released before 1 January 2024 will still be reviewed for 6 months.

For further information relating to our fees and for the varying price bands, please visit our 2024 Fee Tariff page on our website.

If you do not have an account with Comscore, you can list your film with them by emailing ukreports@comscore.com. This will enable them to track your film on our behalf. Once your release has been confirmed by Comscore, amended fees will be charged or credited within three months of the film’s release date, if required. Our Finance Team will verify Cinema (Theatrical) invoices on a monthly basis.

There is no additional charge to supply information to Comscore, unless you sign up to receive data from them. By supplying your data to Comscore, you will ensure that you are accurately billed the correct tier, verified using Comscore data and analytics.

If your data is not provided to Comscore, we will be unable to verify the information and the highest Tier cost will be automatically charged at the end of the three month period. Please note that there is no additional charge to supply information to Comscore, unless you sign up to receive data from them.
